1. Using this site

This site is here to tell you about FACERINNA products, the evidence behind them, our events and how to reach us. Read it, share it, bring it to a colleague. Please do not try to break into the parts of it that ask for a sign-in, interfere with how it runs for other people, or present its material as somebody else's.

2. Product information is general, not medical advice

FACERINNA products are cosmetics. What you read here describes them in general terms and is not a diagnosis, a prescription, or advice for your own skin. Results differ from person to person. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are already under treatment, speak to a doctor or dermatologist before changing what you use.

Always follow the directions and warnings on the product's own label. The label is the authority; if anything here disagrees with it, the label wins.

3. Clinical data and test reports

The report authentication pages exist so that a clinician can check a claim against the document behind it. Access is given to named people for that purpose. Please do not pass those pages on, and do not reproduce the reports or their figures in your own material without asking us first.

4. Booth games, gifts and events

Games and gifts run at our booth while stock lasts. One gift per device, whatever earned it, and our team at the counter decides whether a code is valid. Event dates and programmes can change; the Events page carries the current version. Registering does not guarantee a place if a venue fills up.

5. What belongs to whom

The FACERINNA name, logo, product photography, artwork and the text on these pages belong to FACERINNA MALAYSIA or to the people we license them from. You may quote and link to this site. You may not resell its material, use our name or marks for your own products, or claim an association we have not agreed to. Third-party marks shown here — certification bodies, laboratories, partners — belong to those organisations.

6. Links to other sites

Where this site links out — WhatsApp, a laboratory, a partner clinic — we do not control what is on the other side, and those pages have their own terms.

7. Availability

We keep this site running as best we can, and parts of it are built to keep working without a connection, but we cannot promise it is always up, always current or free of error. We may change, move or withdraw any part of it.

8. Personal data

What we collect, when, and what you can ask us to do about it is set out in the privacy notice. What this site keeps in your own browser, and how to clear it, is on the cookie settings page.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update this page. The date at the top says when it last changed, and the version you are reading is the one that applies.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
