Games on the booth page
Ticked = ON (visitors see it). Unticked = OFF. Untick a game to take it off the booth page: off the wheel, off the ranking board and out of the chat. Anyone who opens it from an old link or a QR code sees a “resting” card with the way back, and it gives no gift while it is off. Tick it again to bring it back. Then press Save settings.
The booth script running now is from before game switches, so it would not keep this. Paste the new booth-admin.gs into the script and deploy, then reload this page.
Signed in on this device, you still see every game on the booth page, the off ones greyed with an “OFF” label. To see it as a visitor does, open it in a private window.
The gift at the end of a game
A game ends on a QR code once it scores enough. Scan it with the counter phone and the wheel picks the product. One gift per device, whichever game earned it. Leave it off on a day nobody is at the counter to scan.
The games are scored on scales with nothing to do with each other, so each has its own figure. Leave one empty and that game offers no gift — the safe way round, since a figure set too low hands one to everybody. Watch an hour of real scores on the booth board, then fill these in. UV Card is not here: it deals a random number rather than scoring a run, and hands out its own prize already.
The products on the wheel, and how many are left, are under 🎁 Gifts.
At the counter
Open this on the phone that hands out the gifts and leave it open. It signs in once and then reads one visitor's code after another with the camera, without going back to a sign-in between them. Add it to the phone's home screen and it is one tap in the morning.
Privacy notice
These four fill in the privacy page at /privacy.html. Until they are filled the page says so in place of each one, rather than inventing an answer.
What this does
Locked and Hidden draw a screen over the booth page; they do not take the file off the server, so treat them as a closed door, not a safe. The reports vault is gated by its own script and is not affected.
Changes reach the page on its next load. A phone that is offline keeps showing what it last saw.
Games, the events page and the vault are not covered by the lock; only the booth home page is.
Each part of the page
Show is the ordinary state. Locked draws a passcode card in that section's place. Hidden takes the section, its divider and its menu links off the page.
A locked section opens with its own passcode if you give it one, otherwise with the site passcode from the Settings tab. Leave the passcode empty to use the site one.
As with the whole-page lock, a locked section's own markup is still in the published file, so this is a closed door and not a safe. Use it to keep a part of the booth back until you want it seen.

The event now
Everything tagged with another event is locked the moment you save: its file goes private in Drive and it leaves the page. Switch back and it returns. A picture with no event shows at every event.
+ Upload
The three codes and Dr. Peter's session poster that are written into the page are in the list too, marked built into the page: hide them, or tie them to an event, like anything uploaded. They cannot be deleted. Hiding the session poster takes its whole talk section off the page.
You do not name anything. A QR code is named for where it leads (qr-agm-penang-2026-whatsapp-01); a poster from its file name. Pictures are shrunk here first, so a phone photo is fine.
+ Add document
Signed copies
Each signed PDF is kept privately in Drive (folder FACERINNA signed documents). Only people with Documents access see them here.
+ Add a product
Each gift handed out takes one off its product. A product at 0 leaves the wheel by itself and comes back as soon as you restock it. When every product is at 0 the games stop giving out new codes.
Add restocks: it adds to what is left, so gifts handed out while you were typing are not undone. Set is for correcting a count after counting the boxes.
Letting a device play again
One gift per device. To let a visitor's phone earn another, find them under Claims and tap Let play again; their next good run gives them a new code.
The old row stays, marked reset. A code that phone had not spent yet stops working, so the old QR and a new one cannot be two gifts.

How it works
An admin has every area and can change who has access. A staff member has only the areas ticked for them; tap an area on their card to tick or untick it. A change takes effect on that person's next action, on every device they are signed in on.
Nobody can change their own access here, and the owner (the account the booth script runs as) always has everything. Each change records who made it and when, in the updated and by columns of the Admins tab in the booth sheet.
